The only clothing requirement is that you wear some! We're more concerned with meeting your real-life needs than with what you wear. So, dress casually and you'll fit right in.

At Journey, we worship in the round! Meaning we don’t have a stage and we worship in community. The service lasts about an hour in a Jesus-focused atmosphere with worship music and biblical teachings. We desire for you to be a part of the community we are building here at Journey.

At Journey, you will find a friendly, casual environment filled with people who are excited to see you. You can expect the service lasts about an hour, we have 3-4 worship songs to help us focus on Jesus and we will teach from the bible a strong and practical message.

At every service, we have encouraged you to check-in your kids into Journey Kids! (Birth-5th Grade) Where they are taught an age-specific bible lesson, play games and worship too!

If you have Students we'd love to see them at Journey Students! Our Students (6th-12th) Meet on Sunday Mornings at 10:30 AM. We invite your students to worship with you and before the message they are dismissed to their service where they will learn an age-specific Bible message.

Our priority here at Jounrey is that your kids and students would experience a fun, Jesus Centered experience in a clean environment. We desire to be the place you trust the most with your kids and students. We strive to make sure that both of these goals are reached by providing great experiences for our kids and students. To ensure a safe environment, all individuals who volunteer (Coaches) in our kids and student ministries must meet our Kid Student Protection Policy requirements. During our weekend services, we offer programs for Kids and students from birth through 12th grade.

At Journey, we are a Bible believing and teaching church. We believe the Bible has ultimate authority over our lives and we submit to its teachings.

At Journey we have a motto, "In essentials unity, in non-essentials liberty in all things love" below you will find a brief summary of the core doctrines we hold as Journey Church.

GOD

God is the creator of all things. There is only one living and true God who exists in three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1, Genesis 1:26-27, Genesis 3:22, Psalm 90:2, Matthew 28:19, Acts 5:3-4, 1 Corinthians 1:3, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Titus 2:13, 1 Peter 1:2.

JESUS

Jesus is the Son of God, equal with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Jesus lived a sinless life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He went to Heaven and will return again someday to earth to reign as King. (Isaiah 9:6, Matthew 1:22-23, John 1:1-14, John 14:3, John 17:5, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, 1 Corinthians 15:1-8, Colossians 1:16, Hebrews 1:8, Hebrews 7:25, 1 Peter 2:24, Revelation 20

HOLY SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son. He is present in the world to make people aware of their need for Jesus. He lives in every Christian from the moment of Salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance for doing what is right. He gives every believer spiritual gifts to be used for the common good of others. (John 16:7-13, Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 3:17, Galatians 5:25, Ephesians 1:13, 5:18)

BIBLE

We believe the Bible is the true story of the world and it is the only story that can bring meaning and shape to our lives. the Bible has been inspired by God. It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. I has supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct so that we accomplish God's good work in the world. (Psalm 119:2, 2 Timothy 3:16, Hebrews 1:1-2, 2 Peter 1:3)

HUMANITY

People have been made in the image of God and are the supreme object of God's creation. Although every person has amazing potential for good. All have been stained by attitudes and actions of disobedience called "sin". Sin has separated us from God and causes many problems in our lives and in the world. (Genesis 1:26, Romans 5:12, Romans 3:10, Ephesians 2:8-10, 1 Peter 1:3, Romans 8:16-17, John 10:29)

SALVATION

Salvation is God's free gift to us that we must choose to accept. We can never make up for our sin or earn God's favor through self-improvement or by good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness can anyone be rescued from sin's penalty (death). When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith we become new. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith. (John 14:6, 1:2, Romans 6:23, Romans 5:1, 10:9-10, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 3:26, Ephesians 2:8-9. Titus 3:5)
